Today's meeting went really well versus yesterday's. My reflection on that is I did the preparation (finally have time to) and make my thoughts out loud, which is very important compared to holding them. If the ideas are not well got across the first time, try it for another time. If you believe in it, make sure they got your ideas. Whether they agree or not, it is another story.
